If something is broken, tell us your phone, your Android or iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. That usually saves a round trip.
I lost my lives.
OtherLife saves on your phone and nowhere else. There is no account and no cloud backup, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes your lives for good, and we have no copy to put back. If they went missing without you doing either of those, write to us.
How do I unlock the other worlds?
By dying a particular way. Open the world picker and every locked world tells you what its life has to look like. Die before thirty and After the Fall opens. Live past seventy with money still to your name and Rags to Riches opens. Eight worlds in all, and none of them cost anything.
Is there anything to buy?
Two things, and neither one is game content. You can pay once to remove the ads, and you can leave a tip if you feel like it. Every world, every story and every ending is free, including the ones you have not unlocked yet.
I paid to remove ads and they are back, or I got a new phone.
Settings, then Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Google or Apple account you paid with. If it still does not come back, email us and say which store you bought it from.
Can I get a refund?

Does it work offline?
The game does, all of it. Ads are the only part that needs a connection, and nothing waits on them.
Is it for children?
No. It deals with crime, illness and death plainly, and it is written for adults.
